Benefit Plan 1 I PREVI Futuro Benefit Plan I Savings Portfolio

1. Objective1.1 The purpose of this Actuarial Report is to discuss database consistency, the financial and actuarial status, the calculation methodology, the actuarial premises, the actuarial gains and losses, the cost, and the Funding Plan for the Benefit Plans PREVI – the Banco do Brasil Employee Pension Fund, manages.

1.2 The Report is in compliance with CGPC Resolution # 05, of 01/30/2002, Exhibit E – Accounting Rules & Procedures, item 19 “e”. It is also in compliance with the provisions of subparagraph IV of article 4 of CGPC Resolution # 23, of 12/06/2006.

1.3 PREVI manages three benefit plans, all of which registered at the regulating and inspecting agency and acknowledged in the CNPB – the National Benefit Plan Reference File, as follows:

1.4 Benefit Plan 1 was extinguished on 12/24/1997. The PREVI Futuro and the Savings Portfolio are currently receiving new members.
